Vintage Lady Elgin wristwatch featuring an oval shaped solid 14K yellow gold case measuring approximately 14.15 mm wide (excluding the crown) and approximately 18.8 mm long, fitted with an integrated decorative 14K yellow gold bracelet accented by white gold, diamond-set links and completed by a concealed box clasp with safety chain.
The silver-tone dial displays black Arabic numeral hour markers, an outer black minute track, blued steel spade-style hands, and a printed Lady Elgin signature beneath the 12 o’clock position. The watch is fitted with a domed acrylic crystal. The bezel is accented above and below the dial by rows of bead-set round brilliant cut diamonds within white gold settings, complemented by additional diamond-set decorative bracelet links.
Powered by an original Elgin Caliber 619, 19-jewel, manual-winding mechanical movement manufactured in the United States. The movement is adjusted for precision and represents one of Elgin’s higher-grade ladies’ wristwatch calibers produced during the early 1950s.

Upon examination, the diamonds average an I-J color grade, VS2-SI1 clarity grade.
The interior case back is stamped “CASED AND TIMED BY ELGIN NATIONAL WATCH CO.,” “14K GOLD,” and “433,” together with the case maker’s hallmark. The exterior case back is stamped “14K GOLD” and bears the same maker’s hallmark. The movement is signed “ELGIN,” “619,” “U.S.A.,” “19 JEWELS,” and movement number T821736.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition showing very light normal visible age-related surface wear and light scratches to the gold case. The dial exhibits minor patina and age-related discoloration consistent with its vintage. The acrylic crystal displays surface is new. The movement appears original to the case. Fully serviced by a certified professional watchmaker in May 2026.
