Our jewelers have been through rigorous training exercises, and they have the credentials to prove it. Our head jeweler, Jack Snow, is one of the only Certified Master Bench Jewelers through Jewelers of America, in the state of Michigan. He has the expertise and experience to set any gemstone. Maria Buffone, our customer service manager, is a Graduate Jeweler Gemologist, which is the highest degree given by the Gemological Institute of America. This title means that she has met rigid standards of excellence in jewelry design and repair, as well as gemstone identification and diamond grading.

You can visit our showroom anytime to have your jewelry repair done. Our jewelers exercise the same care whether your jewelry is worth $50.00 or $50,000, because we know it has the same sentimental value. We insure all of our customer's jewelry while it's in our care, and we keep it safely locked in our vaults at night. All diamonds left in our care are carefully diagrammed under microscope and shown to you before you leave, and when your repaired jewelry is picked up.
