Diamond Clarity
Clarity is the degree to which a diamond is free from internal and external characteristics. A diamonds clarity grade is determined when examined by a trained eye under a 10-power microscope, corrected diamond eye loupe or other equal magnifier. As with light and color, the effect of clarity on value relates directly to rarity. The professionals at Orin's can show you the difference in clarities of diamonds and help you select the diamond of your choice.

At Orin's we use the standards implemented by the Gemological Institute of America and the American Gem Society to evaluate the clarity of a diamond.
Our gemologists and jewelers are very strict with our grades, only accepting approximately 25% of all diamonds being evaluated for Orin's showcase. Please visit Orin diamond jewerly stores in Northville or Garden City Michigan.
